Proposed project for Aeginititza  hiils  in Perdika  -  Aegina  Island .

All presented  drawings   represent  our  concept  and architecture regarding minimal cost  buildings in the area -  they contend three levels  apartments – about eighty four square meters each – with large verandas and natural ventilation systems – also possibility for photovoltaic   producing systems of energy  upon request!   The minimum cost is resulting from the combining  -  construction technology and  work at low  price of the market under direct  supervision  of our  team of architects and engineers! We do not ask for any payment in the air so to speak - each and every cent will represent one very  precise  material or  work that has been done in the project context! After it has been done and not before that - so  be with us to complete this housing project to the details - as it has been  projected  about  and presented to your attention upon
